What localities do you work in?

We're based out of Lansing, Michigan and do work all throughout the Mitten, from Grand Rapids and the lakeshore to the Flint and Detroit metro areas.

How will I receive my photos?

We'll send you an e-mail with a link to your photos.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

You will almost always get them the day after the shoot, and never more than 48 hours afterward.

I don't really know what I need. Where do I start?

We can help with that! For real estate listings, we recommended photos and a 3D tour. If your property or event would benefit from something like drone shots or a video walkthrough, we'll talk it through with you before we start.

What other services do you offer?

We primarily do quality photography for residential and commercial real estate, including 3D tours, 2D layouts, video walkthroughs and drone aerials. We also do event photography, headshots for school and work, live-action sports photography and anything else that requires a camera! Check it all out on our services page.

How long have you been doing this?

Caleb has been a professional photographer since 2018 and took over full ownership of OEM in 2022. He has worked in media for over a decade, including TV experience in Los Angeles.

How many photographers do you have?

Three. Caleb and Andy are our primary photographers. Caleb also does video walkthroughs, drone aerials and 3D tours. Colton does 3D tours.

Are you a licensed drone operator?

Yes, Caleb is licensed by the FAA as well as our other fully licensed and insured two drone pilots.

Do you shoot commercial real estate or Airbnb?

We can shoot any property to fit your needs!

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can. We accept payment in cards, checks and cash.

What if I don't like how my photos turned out?

We will make sure you are satisfied with your photos or you get your money back.
